The Process
Wondering where you should start with PILLLAR Fit and your fitness goals? Schedule an in-person consultation to get started.
With this consultation, one of our coaches will meet with you in a location of your choosing for 60 minutes (PLEASE REMEMBER, OUR COACHES RESIDE IN MN, IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN MN THEN PLEASE REDIRECT YOURSELF TO THE ONLINE CONSULTATION).
During this meeting, we will discuss what your goals are with fitness & health, what have been some of your struggles in fitness? What have you tried up to this point? Do you have past injuries and if yes, how do they affect you today? These are just some of the things the coach will want to know, plus further in-depth questions. Please come to this meeting ready to just talk about YOU.
The more information the coach can collect during this initial consultation will be ever so helpful in getting YOU the information you need to crush any goals you have! After booking your appointment you will be sent an email confirmation as well as an appointment reminder 24 hours before you meet with one of our coaches!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel please contact us 24 hours before your appointment time. If you do not contact us within the 24 hour window we will not be able to refund your charge.
