3 Ways You Can Fight Climate Change Today

Sure, it's easy to point our fingers at coal, oil, and energy companies for the absolute shit show that our environment is in right now (19 of the top 20 biggest polluters fall into those three categories) and those fingers would be rightly pointed. 

And sure, it's also easy to just throw our collective hands in the air and say "why does my impact even matter, when those companies emit more pollution in an hour than I do in a single year?"

And you know what? You're not wrong in feeling that way.

However, when I start feeling like that, that this is a problem that's so much bigger than myself and this business we're trying to get off the ground, I'm reminded by the quote from Howard Zinn when he famously said "Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world.” 

And I truly believe that.

Whether it's how we vote, where we spend our money and the businesses that we support, or the small changes we make in our lives that, in aggregate, can make a huge difference in real change when it comes to living in a sustainable world. We can make a difference. 

First and foremost, we must recognize that our individual actions do matter. We are not helpless in the face of environmental problems, and our choices can make a difference.
