One-on-One Coaching provides the most conducive environment for not just the workout itself but for you to learn and gain knowledge from each session. Our goal is to give you the tools to feel confident in everything that you do so you can continue on your own and explore for yourself. This style of coaching adheres to those principles and is for ANYONE who is looking to take their training to the next stage.
Whether you want to feel better on your skateboard, be able to get on the ground and roll around, work with no pain throughout the day, or just wake up feeling your best PILLLAR Fit will take the stress off your chest.
With exercise programming specific to your needs and how you would like to train - workouts will always be progress driven. When you are here working with me directly you get full insight into the way I see things. Instead of reading what my notes say and trying to figure it out, I am able to move you directly and show you by doing it myself. Not everyone is a visual learner, but I find with exercise, visual learning tends to be best for most people. THIS IS THE VISUAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE with real-time advice and tweaks.
