What This Challenge Is:
This challenge will have a 4-week progression model that has an end goal of giving your body access to some new ranges of motion and then improving upon those ranges of motions throughout the weeks.
These sessions do NOT TAKE LONG! These sessions are quick and you can do them anywhere!
Now you can do these 3-5 times per week, but we do suggest these be done with a GOLDEN GOAL OF DAILY.
This challenge will last for 4 weeks but after those 4 weeks, please feel free to play with the movements you feel you got the most out of!
One of the best parts is if you feel like movements are either too easy or too hard, you can either move on to the next week if it's too easy or stay on that week and double down on the things that are hard.
Each exercise has a video demonstration that will have key tips for that movement so you can easily follow along!
Sessions don’t go longer than 10-20min!
